Book a Call Link

Services (up to 50)

📌 Required: name, category, price • Optional: duration, description, url

✅ 0/10 services

💡 Tips:

• category: Group similar services (e.g. "Hair", "Spa", "Dental") - users can browse/filter by category in chat
• url: Use your booking page URL so the bot can redirect customers to book
• description: Keep it SHORT (max 200 chars) - chat isn't ideal for long text
• duration: Use format like "30min", "1h", "1.5h"

🤖 AI Image Fallback for Services

When a service is missing an image_url, AI auto-fetches a fallback image. Your custom images always win when set — this only fills the gaps.

ON

When to turn OFF:

• AI images don't match your services (wrong style)
• You prefer a clean text-only look
• Service is intangible (consulting, legal) and images feel off

🎁 Conversion Coupon Code

If set, bot offers this coupon after 3 messages to boost conversions (e.g. BOOK20 for 20% off first booking)

🏆 Best Sellers by Category (up to 50)

🔄 Auto (feed-managed)

OFF: you manage the product list below manually. ON: the list is managed by your feed sync — the box becomes a preview and saves never overwrite it.

📌 Required: name, category, price • Optional: description, url, image_url

✅ 0/10 products

⭐ Present Customer Reviews on Products

When customers click "⭐ Reviews" on a product, the bot searches Google for real reviews. Configure where to look and how to behave.

Review Sources

Reviews only from specific sources — if empty, the bot does a generic Google search (default).
Examples: skroutz.gr, bestprice.gr, google.com/maps (Greek) or trustpilot.com, google.com/maps (English).

Show source attribution

e.g. "4.5/5 from 87 reviews on Skroutz" — adds credibility

Honest mode (recommended)

ON: Bot says so honestly when no real reviews exist.
OFF: Bot shows placeholder 4.5⭐ even with no real reviews.

🌟 Collect Google Reviews from Customers (PRO / ESHOP)

After the bot confirms an order was shipped, it asks the customer for a 1–5 star rating. 4★+ are invited to leave a Google review on your link below; lower ratings are asked for private feedback that lands in your Analytics dashboard + email.

Google review link

Your Google review link (Google Business Profile → "Ask for reviews"), or Skroutz/Trustpilot page. Shown only to customers who rate 4★ or more.

• url: Product page URL for direct checkout (all plans)
• 🖼️ image_url: Direct image link (.jpg/.png/.webp) to show product thumbnails in chat (all plans)
• Full catalog: For AI-powered search across ALL products, upgrade to GROW for daily auto-sync from your shop

📋 Example row:

🤖 AI Image Fallback

When a product is missing an image_url, AI auto-fetches a fallback image from the web. Your custom images always win when set — this only fills the gaps.

ON

When to turn OFF:

• You prefer a clean text-only look

🏷️ Product Banner & Price Match ▼

🏷️ Product Banner

Show a "Pandora answers" banner on product pages so customers can ask about the product they're viewing.

Enable Product Banner

Banner Title (optional)

Custom banner heading. Leave empty for default based on language.

Custom Starter Buttons (optional)

Pipe-separated button labels. Leave empty for defaults.

⚡

Auto-inject Banner

Automatically appears on product pages that have JSON-LD structured data (WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, OpenCart). No code changes needed.

How it works

Detects product info from JSON-LD on the page
Injects banner below product description
Customer clicks → chat opens with product context

Custom Placement Selector (optional)

CSS selector to control where the banner appears. Leave empty for auto-detection.

🏷️

Best Price Guarantee

Customers can challenge your price with a screenshot of a competitor. If the price is within range, a discount coupon is auto-generated.

How it works

Customer clicks 🏷️ Best Price Guarantee on a product
Sends a screenshot of the competitor page
AI verifies same product + extracts price
Auto-generates coupon if within your max discount

⚠️ Setup required

Go to your e-shop admin (Marketing → Coupons) and create one coupon per discount %. For example with prefix MATCH and max 10%:

MATCH-1 (1% off), MATCH-2 (2% off), ... MATCH-10 (10% off)

Set each coupon type to Percentage with the matching discount value.

Max Discount Tier

Maximum discount the bot can auto-offer. Differences above this will be politely declined.

Coupon Code Prefix

Coupon codes will be PREFIX-N (e.g. MATCH-7 = 7% off). You must pre-create matching coupons in your e-shop admin: if max discount is 10%, create MATCH-1, MATCH-2, ... MATCH-10 — each as a percentage coupon with the matching discount.

⚖️

Product Comparison

Shoppers pick 2–3 products and get a side-by-side comparison table with AI-extracted specs and a "best value" recommendation.

How it works

Customer taps ⚖️ Compare on product cards (up to 3)
Bot builds a side-by-side spec table from your catalog
🏆 AI highlights the best-value pick with a reason
Also works by typing: "σύγκρινε το πρώτο και το δεύτερο"

📋

Embeddable Banner

Copy & paste an iframe snippet into any website. Works without JSON-LD. Pass product info via URL parameters.

Embed code

Loading...

💡 Customizable URL parameters:

`title`	Banner heading (default: "Η Πανδώρα απαντάει")
`starters`	Button labels, pipe-separated (e.g. `Ρωτήστε μας\|Δείτε προσφορές`)
`sku`	Product SKU — enables product-specific answers (optional)
`name`	Product name (optional)
`price`	Product price (optional)
`url`	Product page URL (optional)

Without sku, the banner works as a general chat prompt — great for homepages, landing pages, or category pages.

📱 Channels (WATI) ▼

📱 Extra Channels

Connect your AI assistant to WhatsApp, Instagram & Facebook via WATI

🔌 WATI Integration

Supports: 💬 WhatsApp 📸 Instagram 📘 Facebook

📱 You will need TWO WhatsApp numbers:

Business number — connected to WATI. It becomes API-only: there is no WhatsApp app on it anymore, its inbox IS the WATI dashboard. ⚠️ Never verify this number in a WhatsApp app afterwards — that disconnects WATI.
A different mobile number with a normal WhatsApp app — used as the Agent number for Human Escalation (receives escalations, opens the conversation window). It can be a second SIM on the same phone via the WhatsApp Business app. Customers never see this number.

WATI API Token

WATI Dashboard → Settings → API Tokens

WATI API Endpoint

Find it in WATI Dashboard → API Docs ("API Endpoint"). Looks like https://live-mt-server.wati.io/12345 — NOT the browser URL you see in the WATI dashboard (live-12345.wati.io).

WhatsApp Business Number

Your WATI WhatsApp number (the business number connected to WATI)

📋 Setup Instructions:

Save this form to get your unique webhook URL
In WATI Dashboard, go to Settings → Webhooks
Add webhook URL: Save form first to generate URL
Connect Instagram & Facebook in WATI Dashboard → Channels

📲 Viber Chatbot ▼

Your bot answers on Viber — product search returns native card carousels. Create a bot at partners.viber.com, copy its token, and connect. Viber charges ~€100/month per bot after the first month; replies to customers are free.

Status shown on the Overview health cards.

🤝 Human Escalation ▼

👤 Live Agent Support

Escalations land in your built-in Agent Inbox. Optionally relay to WhatsApp via your own WATI account.

🤝 Live Agent Handoff

📥 Every escalation goes to your Agent Inbox — nothing to configure.

WhatsApp Relay Mode (optional)

📱 WhatsApp

Messages to your mobile (requires your own WATI account)

👥 Team (WATI)

Shared inbox for multiple agents

📱 Agent WhatsApp Number

The number that will receive customer messages. Must be a normal mobile with the WhatsApp app — NOT your WATI business number (that one has no app; it can't message itself).

📅 Working Schedule

Per-day hours. Day names + time windows, separated by ; or new lines.
e.g. Mon-Fri 08:30-16:30; Sat 09:00-14:00 · Greek ok: Δευτέρα-Παρασκευή 09:00-17:00 · split shift: Mon 09:00-13:00 17:00-21:00.
A day not listed = closed; a listed day with no time = open 24h. Leave empty for 24/7.

⏰ Timeout (seconds)

Wait time before bot resumes

📧 Notification Email

Gets notified when a customer is waiting in your Inbox (and receives offline messages)

💬 Show Handoff Button in Chat

Even without a button, customers can request an agent by typing naturally (AI detects intent)

📋 One-time WATI setup (only if using WhatsApp relay):

Create the handoff template in your WATI dashboard (Broadcast → Template Messages → New Template):
  • Name exactly: new_customer_handoff · Category: Utility
  • Body: static text, no variables — e.g. "🔔 Νέος πελάτης ζητά εξυπηρέτηση στο chat. Απαντήστε εδώ για να συνδεθείτε."
  • Submit and wait until status is APPROVED (usually minutes)
For agent replies: in WATI webhook settings, add https://salesbot.pandorabot.io/handoff/wati/webhook and tick BOTH Message Received (replies from the agent's WhatsApp app) and Message Replied (replies typed in the WATI team inbox)
Test: use the Test button in the Channels card, then trigger an escalation from your chat widget

If the template is missing or not yet approved, escalations still work — they just stay Inbox-only until setup completes.

📞 Voice Agent ▼

Enable the telephone AI agent

Your number

💾 Save to get your digit on the shared line +30 218 219 0702.

Want your own dedicated number? Request one.

Escalation number (transfer to a human)

Empty = uses your Live Agent Handoff number. Transfers respect your Handoff working hours; outside hours the agent takes a callback request instead.

Call scenarios

📦 Order status lookup 🍽️ Take orders (Restaurant) 📞 Callback capture 🤝 Transfer to human — after the hand-off only the telephony cost of the call is charged, not the AI minute rate 🛎️ Email proposal (Personal Shopper)

Extra voice instructions (optional)

🍽️ Your catalog powers the phone automatically: a Restaurant Bot Type takes orders from its menu; e-shops answer order-status questions from synced orders. Set it in Bot Type.
